We just came off a fantastic seminar at Steven Poulin’s “The Submission Academy” in London, Ontario, Canada last weekend and want to thank everyone who attended.
There was a great turnout, and students from every local academy were in attendance. Some students made the five-hour trek from North Bay Ontario, and we even had affiliate representatives from Erie, PA and Jamestown, NY come up to train.
We worked on some great techniques from the 50/50, leg locks, and a ton of guillotine attacks. Thank you to everyone who came out, and to Steven for hosting the seminar. We look forward to being back on the mat with you in March.
